trading as collecting or more. We offer 2 types of manufacturing processes:
stamped soft enameled and etched soft enamel.

Stamped Soft Enameled
Your design is stamped (die struck) into a copper base metal, creating embossed
and recessed area. Enamel colors are then injected into the areas, then baked
to cure the enamel. The epoxy dome can be added to create a smooth finish and
to protect the rich color of the enamel.

Etched Soft Enameled
Your design is photo etched into a brass base metal, creating thin and shallow
recessed areas. Enamel colors are then injected into the areas, creating fine
color-between-the-lines detail. An epoxy dome can be applied for additional
protection and a glossy effect.
