OEM and Contract Manufacturing Services

Emico has the knowledge and ability to support our customers from product development to deliveries. We provide comprehensive services from tool and mould design, manufacturing of plastic parts, sourcing of sub-components, final product assembly and to distributions.

Plastic Injection Moulding and Secondary Processes

We possess 22 units of injection moulding machines ranging from 50 ton to 650 ton clamping force in order to handle big and small parts. We have experience in insert moulding, over moulding and runnerless moulding. We have in-house surface finishing such as silkscreen, tempo printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding and spray painting to enhance the plastic parts.

Vacuum Metalizing

Emico also provides vacuum metalizing services. We have one of the biggest vacuum metalizing chambers in the South East Asia and are capable to chromed large size of products. With our conveyor running system, we can cater for fast delivery with high production output.

We are dedicated in delivering high quality, reliable and cost effective products and value added services, as well as striving for utmost excellence in providing benefits and satisfaction to our customers.

We have supported many companies to turn their ideas into actual products. Majority of products manufacture are consumer and children products, toy parts and industrial parts. We currently export to USA, Sweden Germany, Australia, Canada and many Asian countries.
